Reservations and Booking Procedure

Informational Form:
- Please refer to the calendar schedule for available dates. To
inquire about trip availability for the week of your choice, please
complete the information on the form. When you click on “submit” this
information will be emailed to us. We will get back to you via email to
confirm and the deposit amount due.
- We need a minimum of 15 people for a booking. And a maximum of 20
people.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit of your
charter fee by means of check or money order. When your deposit is in
our account we'll email you a receipt and block out your week for you.
- To reserve a week for 2008: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt
of 50% deposit of your charter fee by means of check or money order.

Final payment for the balance is due 60 days prior to the
charter date by means of check or money order. Check payable to The

To reserve week for 2009: Reservations are confirmed
with a deposit of $100 per person. We ask that the deposit is made out
in one check or money order.

The one-half of the balance ($200 per person) is due
October 1, 2008

Cancellations and Refunds
- This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, unless we can book
that week with another charter. (All efforts will be made on our part to
rebook that week so you get a refund. But there is no guarantee.)
Travel Arrangements
- You are welcome to arrange your own travel plans to Marsh Harbour,
Great Abaco Island, Bahamas as your destination.
- Or you can go through our travel agent that has spent the last 8
years arranging travel plans for hundreds of Scout troops/Venture
Crews/Families to spend a week charter in the Abacos. She can definitely
put together a good flight schedule to get you to Marsh Harbour!

have this information before you leave the US.
Documents Needed for Your Travels
Everyone must have a passport! As of January 2007 the US requires
a passport to enter the United States. As of July 2007 the Bahamas will
require a passport to enter their country. If you do not have an updated
passport please get this done now so you have it in time for your trip.
- There is a $15 (cash) departure tax you will pay at the airport when
you are leaving the Bahamas.
Arriving in Marsh Harbor
- Upon your arrival in Marsh Harbour get a taxi at the airport. Call
"Captain Thomas" on the taxi's VHF radio on Channel 01. We
will instruct the taxi where to meet us.
